We recently finished a kitchen remodel of this beautiful 1930’s vintage home. We removed the partition between the kitchen and dining area and created a peninsula with seating space. Along with all new custom cabinetry we constructed a walk in pantry for additional storage. The gorgeous quartz countertops along with all new Bosch stainless steel appliances put the finishing touches on this beautiful project.

We are featuring our two custom one-story homes in Sunrise Beach Village. The modern and stylish homes are built on a stone foundation with ornate details through the designs. Our custom homes are illustrated through their open interiors and sleek choices of tile and flooring. Sunrise Beach is located on Lake LBJ, about 85 miles north of San Antonio. Known for normally being at a constant level, it is one of the most popular lakes in South Texas.
